The heart of Monaghan Town will be brought to life on Saturday 6th December 2025 with a one-day celebration of food, crafts, and Christmas cheer! From 11 am to 5 pm, the streets will be filled with delicious food, festive stalls, and the magic of the season.

County Monaghan Gift Card Launch
The new County Monaghan Gift Card will be launching on Friday 21st November. For all corporate orders, both physical and digital versions will be available to purchase from this date. The physical version is handed over at the till while the digital version can be uploaded into digital wallets, enabling ‘tap to pay’ technology.
A list of participating businesses will be uploaded here, following the launch: townandcitygiftcards.ie/where-to-spend.
To register your company as a participating business before the launch you must have completed the form by close of business this Friday 14th November which is available via the QR code below or click HERE. Following that registration will reopen on Friday 21st November.
To check the balance of a card you can use the QR code on the back of the card, or visit getmybalance.com.
